Yes, we can place referrals to specialists and you will be able to use your insurance to see them (as long as they are in your network)

We anticipate the rate to be approximately $125-$175 per month per member (app $1800 per year, discounts may apply)

• No, we do not prescribe any chronic opioids, benzodiazepines or sleep aids. Your long term health is so important to us and we aim to treat based on current evidence and safety.

• Once we are up and running we will schedule a meet and greet to answer any (non-medical) questions and to see if we would mutually be a good fit
